Corporate catering needs to be much more than just fantastic food. Working very closely with the event planner, the food must be delivered on time to specific time guidelines, be prepared fresh to suit all dietary requirements, be consistent, and the service must be efficient and personable. Caterers need to share the vision of your event and to be creative so as your event reflects what you want by working with you to enhance and contribute ideas for the event. Experience is the essential element when it comes to mobile conference catering as there are many factors that need to be considered when the caterer is not working in a controlled environment. In any large scale event there are many other factors such as power requirements, location, kitchen facilities and food safety guidelines. The experienced catering coordinators at The Gourmet Chef are specifically trained to deal with all the issues that a remote location can have.

Planning the event is the critical ingredient which is made easy by our easy to follow menus which include but are not limited to; Buffets, Sit down menus, BBQs, Corporate Lunches, Breakfast and Carvery options.

Professional staff then take over every aspect of your event, from the organisation, set up, and food and beverage service. We hire our own crockery and cutlery range and have fully mobile kitchens that are registered with the health department to deliver food in the way it left the main kitchen. We cook fresh on site even though it is prepared off site and all dishes are taken back to our main kitchen to clean under a controlled environment. Food is prepared only after following strict food safety plans that guarantee the quality of the food to your guests.

We also have access to event planners that can manage every aspect of your event, as well as party hire equipment including marquees. Specific enquiries can be made with the function coordinator.
